Combining prayer and Shamanic ritual practices with my love for Bhakti and Kirtan led to the creation of using my voice as a vehicle of healing. There is profound power in using music to heal. Chanting and singing is one of the oldest ritual practices in the world, and it has recently become more popular.
Merging Kirtan and Shamanic Soul Song practices, along with aspects of my intuitive channeling and energy healing work, I have created Shamanic Soul Song Ceremonies which are interactive environments for people to journey, come sing, and enjoy the bliss that comes from pure heartfelt vibrations melded with crystal clear intentions for expansion, healing, and raising ones vibration up up up!
These ceremonies are like being worked on energetically through your subtle body. It is like a group energy healing, similar to what occurs during a Kirtan, or a concert. Everyone is elevated to a similar vibration and through the merging of consciousness and the experience of oneness, liberation occurs. We are washed clean by the healing vibrations of a these beautiful conscious practices.
Shamanic Soul Song Rituals
In these ceremonies, I drum and lead a Shamanic Soul Song Rituals with the specific intention to guide people to discover their inner voice. In my workshops, I teach how to bridge the 4th, 5th, and 6th chakras and that when align our heart centered intention with vocal expression we are in direct communication through prayer to the world of Spirit.
We reach a place of inner harmony through this ritual of expression, prayerful intention, and listening to the sound of our souls. As I drum, I feel I am working in tune with the energies of the Mother Earth and while singing, I feel I am connecting to the Angelic Realms of Spirit. The blending of these powerful vibrations helps us to center deep within and awaken to the wisdom of our own hearts.
Using Your Voice for Healing
One day, while working on a client in an Energy Therapy Session, I felt the call to ‘tone’ and use my voice to clear her energy field. It felt very ancient, very primal, and very real to connect with this kind of healing modality. Since then, I have been working with Sound Healing frequencies and incorporating them into my many practices.
If we intend our voice to be a healing force we can purify another’s energy field, much like listening to the ring of the meditation bell. There is a cleansing and an opening that happens as we receive the vibrations of chimes, gongs, crystal bowls, drums, and rattles, and I do the same with my toning and vocalization.
Combining these practices led to the creation of my Bhakti Mantra Workshops, where I use my voice as a vehicle for healing and guide others to do the same.
